The above price list applies to private patients.

*All prices are gross, provided the treatment can be carried out with a prescription.*For treatments without a prescription, we are required to charge an additional 19% VAT.

Before treatment, we ask you to acknowledge the prices for our services with the following statement:

»I have been informed about the prices at Praxis Schick before the start of treatment and agree with these prices. I understand that these prices and my consent remain valid even if my health insurance and/or aid does not reimburse the mentioned prices, either in full or in part. We recommend clarifying with your health insurance or aid before the treatment whether and to what extent reimbursement will be provided.«

Note for patients of statutory health insurance:

Patients with statutory health insurance are treated based on a prescription from a panel doctor. The statutory co-payment consists of a prescription fee of 10.00 euros plus a personal contribution of 10% of the prescription value.
